Gull House / Paterson Lane, Byron Bay. The building is predominantly lightweight construction, where the forms of the house connect with a combination of natural hardwood and fibre cement cladding. The construction of solid balconies and screens give the house privacy from the many surrounding houses providing the owners with a feeling of sanctuary.
